As is said by Kristalina Georgieva: “Our goal is clear – to boost jobs and growth and create a better quality of life in Europe”. It introduces beginner´s (SMEs, Large companies, R&D entities, and Public bodies) to the wide range of EU funding opportunities available, offering basic information on the application procedures, and others general rules, as well as tells where to find more details (enough for scared beginner´s!).
Moreover, contains the most recent information about the current EU programmes for the period 2014-2020. More details on the Beginner´s Guide to EU funding is available on http://ec.europa.eu/budget/funding/
So, after reading some parts of this document – this should be enough to involve some entity to participate in project proposal as a partner, or in ongoing project as a third part/advisory board, but … the real life is that noone from “Beginner´s” is reading this type of “Guide´s”, or almost never attend EU/National Info-day´s!
